Bookings made before October 9 2022

If a cancellation of a reservation is requested by the renter up to 60 days before the arrival date then the total amount of the rental will be returned minus any credit card processing fees and/or commissions incurred by owner (including any fees for processing the refund to a credit card).

If a cancellation is requested less than 60 days before the arrival date, we will attempt to re-rent the unit(s) for dates reserved, in which case a refund will be issued minus any credit card processing fees and/or commissions incurred by owner (including any fees for processing the refund to a credit card). If any of the canceled days cannot be re-rented, the full booking amount for those days will be deducted from any refund due. If any canceled days are re-rented at a rate lower than what was paid for the canceled days, the difference will also be deducted from any refund due.

Bookings made after October 9 2022

We use split payments. 50% of the booking amount is due when making the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the check-in date. Payments made are not refundable.
